  • 0.5 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup hot water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Using a paring knife or an apple corer, carefully remove the cores from the apples, leaving the bottom 1/2 inch of the apple intact to contain the filling.
