Ingredients

  • 1 whole Bagel
  • 0.5 whole Ripe avocado
  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 1 whole Egg
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • 1 whole Lettuce leaf
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Slice the bagel in half horizontally and toast it in a toaster until golden brown.

Step 2

In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.
