Ingredients

  • 16 oz can Refried beans
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 8 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Ripe avocados
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 15 oz can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 0.5 cup Black olives, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Green onions, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the refried beans with the taco seasoning. Mix well and spread evenly in the bottom of a large serving dish or a shallow 9x13 inch pan.

Step 2

In another bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the sour cream and softened cream cheese until smooth. Carefully spread this layer over the refried beans.
