Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1.5 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter (for topping layer)

Directions

Step 1

Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

Step 2

In a medium microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter until fully melted (about 30-60 seconds in the microwave).

Step 3

Add the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup of peanut butter to the melted butter. Stir together until well combined and forms a smooth mixture.

Step 4

Spread the peanut butter mixture evenly into the prepared pan, pressing down firmly with the back of a spatula to create an even crust. Set aside.

Step 5

In another microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips and the additional 1 cup of peanut butter together in 20-30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until completely melted and smooth.

Step 6

Pour the chocolate-peanut butter topping over the crust in the pan. Smooth it out using a spatula or the back of a spoon to create an even layer.

Step 7

Refrigerate the pan for at least 1-2 hours, or until the topping is completely set.

Step 8

Once set, use the parchment paper to lift the dessert out of the pan. Cut into 16 squares using a sharp knife.

Step 9

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
