  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Pat the pork tenderloins dry with paper towels. Season all sides evenly with salt and black pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the pork tenderloins on all sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Transfer the skillet with the seared pork tenderloins into the preheated oven. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
