  • 0.5 teaspoons Baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 20 grams Confectioners' sugar (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until mostly smooth.
