  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar (for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix with a spoon or your hands until a dough forms. The dough will be slightly sticky.

Lightly flour your work surface and shape the dough into a long, flat log approximately 12 inches long and 3 inches wide. Transfer the log onto the prepared baking sheet.
