Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease the tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 0.75 cups granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, and 0.5 teaspoons salt.
