  • 50 grams additional granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon additional ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and salt.
