  • 100 grams Packed brown sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons Ground cinnamon
  • 56 grams Softened butter
  • 120 grams Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Milk (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

In a small saucepan, warm the milk and unsalted butter over low heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is warm but not hot.

Add the milk mixture to the dry ingredients, then add the egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
