Directions

Step 1

Place water, brown sugar, salt, bread flour, cinnamon, and yeast into the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

Select the Dough cycle and start the bread machine.

When the dough cycle completes, remove the dough from the machine and transfer it to a lightly floured surface.
