  • 3 large Eggs
  • 240 ml Heavy cream
  • 65 grams Brown sugar
  • 50 grams Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoons Ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoons Ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0 optional, for topping Whipped cream
  • 0 optional, for garnish Ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare six 6-ounce ramekins and a large baking dish that can hold them.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined.
