In a medium saucepan, bring the water to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and add the black tea bags and cinnamon sticks. Let them steep for 5 minutes.
Carefully remove the tea bags and cinnamon sticks using tongs or a slotted spoon, and discard them.
Stir in the honey until fully dissolved. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature (approximately 15–20 minutes).
Once the tea is cool, stir in the ouzo and lemon juice.
Fill a large pitcher with the ice cubes, then pour the tea mixture over the ice.
