  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping swirl)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8x4-inch loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.

In a separate medium mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until well blended.
