Ingredients

  • 1 cup Popcorn kernels
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 0.33 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Graham crackers

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot with a lid, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat and add 1 cup of popcorn kernels. Cover the pot and let the kernels pop, shaking the pot occasionally to distribute heat evenly. Once the popping slows to a few seconds between pops, remove the pot from the heat and set the popcorn aside in a large mixing bowl.

Step 2

In a small saucepan, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in 1/3 cup of brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Cook and stir until the mixture is fully combined and slightly thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat.

Step 3

Pour the cinnamon sugar mixture over the popcorn in the mixing bowl. Use a large spoon or spatula to toss and coat the popcorn evenly.

Step 4

In a resealable plastic bag, crush 4 sheets of graham crackers into small crumbs. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the coated popcorn and toss gently to distribute them evenly.
