  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour

  • 0.5 cups milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter (melted for coating)
  • 0.75 cups granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard muffin tin or line it with paper liners.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
