  • 0.5 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Milk (for glaze)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Vanilla extract (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined (do not overmix). Set batter aside.
