  • 0.5 cups Granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon (for coating)
  • 0.25 cup Melted butter (for brushing)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well to combine.

In a small saucepan, heat the whole milk and unsalted butter over low heat until the butter melts. Remove from heat and let it cool to lukewarm (approximately 100-110°F).

Add the lukewarm milk mixture, large egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
