  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large Avocado, diced
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.25 cup Toasted sunflower seeds
  • 0.25 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the salad ingredients. Wash and thoroughly dry the salad greens, then place them in a large serving bowl.

Step 2

Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber into half-moons, dice the red bell pepper, thinly slice the red onion, and dice the avocado. Add all these ingredients to the bowl with the salad greens.
