Ingredients

  • 3 cans (16 oz each) Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1 cup (packed) Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 as needed Cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a bundt pan with cooking spray.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.

Step 3

Open the biscuit cans and separate the dough into individual biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters.

Step 4

Toss the biscuit pieces into the sugar-cinnamon mixture, ensuring all sides are well coated. Set the coated pieces aside briefly.

Step 5

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the brown sugar until fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and mix in the vanilla extract.

Step 6

Layer half of the coated biscuit dough pieces evenly into the prepared bundt pan. Pour half of the brown sugar-butter mixture over the dough.

Step 7

Repeat with the remaining dough and pour the remaining brown sugar-butter mixture on top.

Step 8

Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and bubbling.

Step 9

Remove from the oven and let the monkey bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.

Step 10

Carefully invert the bundt pan onto a serving plate and gently remove the pan. Serve warm and enjoy the sticky, pull-apart deliciousness!
