  • 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice

  • 3 stalks Scallions (green onions)
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Agave syrup (or honey)
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0 to taste Salt

Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess water by wrapping it in a clean kitchen towel and placing a heavy object on top for 15 minutes. Then, cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.
