  • 1.5 cups Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, finely diced
  • 1 large Avocado, diced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water to cool, and set aside.

If using chicken, season both sides of the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
