  • 1 large Avocado, diced
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese, crumbled (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, fresh lime juice, lime zest, minced garlic, ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro to create the marinade.
