Ingredients

  • 6 cups Apple cider
  • 2 cups Orange juice
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Spiced rum (optional)
  • 3 Cinnamon sticks
  • 5 Whole cloves
  • 2 Star anise
  • 1 Fresh orange slices
  • 1 Fresh apple slices
  • 2 cups Sparkling water (optional, for topping)
  • 2 cups Ice

Directions

Step 1

In a large pot, pour in the apple cider, orange juice, and lemon juice.

Add the cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, and star anise to the pot.

Place the pot on medium heat and let it warm up for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the spices to infuse into the liquid. Do not bring it to a boil.
