  • 2 tablespoons Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary and transfer the beef to the Crock Pot.
