  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • 2 tablespoons green sugar sprinkles
  • 20 pieces small star-shaped sprinkles
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 sheet wax paper

Directions

Step 1

Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them completely dry using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels. The strawberries need to be dry for the chocolate to stick properly.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-second increments, stirring thoroughly after each interval, until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

Step 3

Add 4 drops of green food coloring to the melted white chocolate and stir until the color is uniform. Add more food coloring if you desire a deeper green shade.

Line a baking tray or flat plate with a sheet of wax paper to prevent sticking.

Hold each strawberry by the stem or use a skewer to dip it into the green-tinted chocolate, covering most of the berry but leaving the leafy top exposed. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
