  • 5 bars (approx. 53g each) Mars Bars
  • 100 grams Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Golden syrup
  • 4 cups Rice cereal
  • 300 grams Milk chocolate
  • 50 grams White chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons Festive sprinkles

Directions

Step 1

Grease and line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, making sure it overhangs on the sides for easy removal later.

Chop the Mars Bars into small pieces and place them in a medium saucepan with the unsalted butter and golden syrup.

Step 3

Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously, until the ingredients have melted together into a smooth and glossy mixture. Be careful not to overheat or burn the chocolate.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the rice cereal until it is evenly coated with the melted mixture.
