  • 4 cups Vegetable oil

  • 0.5 cups Sour cream (for serving)
  • 0.5 cups Guacamole (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of vegetable oil and sauté the diced onion for about 3 minutes or until translucent.
