Ingredients

  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.25 medium Red onion
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 0.5 cup Bleu cheese crumbles
  • 4 strips Cooked bacon
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and thoroughly dry the romaine lettuce and arugula. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces and combine it with the arugula in a large salad bowl.
