Ingredients

  • 12 pieces Wonton wrappers
  • 1 bottle Olive oil spray
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

Lightly spray a standard muffin tin with olive oil spray.

Step 3

Press each wonton wrapper into the muffin tin cavities to create small shells.

Step 4

Lightly spray the wonton wrappers with olive oil spray to help them crisp up.
