  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 teaspoon of dried oregano, 0.5 teaspoons of salt, and 0.25 teaspoons of black pepper.
