Ingredients

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Trim the tough ends off the asparagus and cut the spears into 1-inch pieces.
