  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 4 cups cooked white rice
  • 0 salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Step 1

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion, celery, and green bell pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Sauté for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables begin to soften.
