  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 servings cooked white rice

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the beef sirloin against the grain into bite-sized strips and set aside.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and toss to coat. Let it marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
