  • 24 mini marshmallows
  • 0.25 cups powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
