  • 60 milliliters Whole milk
  • 1 teaspoons Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease and line the base of a 20 cm (8 inch) round cake pan.

Step 2

In a large bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
