Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease an 8-inch square baking pan. Line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
In a double boiler, melt the 200 grams of dark chocolate and unsalted butter together over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the granulated sugar and eggs until they become pale and frothy, about 2-3 minutes.
Gradually fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, ensuring everything is fully incorporated.
Sift the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and instant coffee powder into the wet mixture. Gently fold until no streaks remain.
