  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons Mini chocolate sprinkles or shavings (optional)
  • 8 pieces Shooter glasses

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, whisk together the granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt.

Gradually pour in the whole milk, whisking continuously until the mixture is combined and smooth.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it begins to thicken and bubble, about 5 to 7 minutes.
