  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for filling)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Peppermint extract (for filling)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a pizzelle maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
