Ingredients

  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil (or vegetable oil)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sea salt flakes

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and unsalted butter together using a hand mixer or stand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until a thick dough-like consistency forms. If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more powdered sugar until it comes together.
