Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy and well combined, about 2 minutes.
