  • 2 pieces Egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 teaspoons Nutella
  • 1 teaspoon Butter (for greasing ramekins)
  • 1 teaspoon Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting ramekins)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease four 6-ounce ramekins with butter, then dust the insides with cocoa powder. Tap out any excess cocoa powder and set the ramekins aside.

Step 2

In a small saucepan or a microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate together. Stir until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
