  • 200 grams Dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher)

  • 4 pieces Large eggs
  • 50 grams All-purpose flour
  • 100 grams Ground almonds
  • 100 grams Chopped hazelnuts or walnuts (toasted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 20 cm (8-inch) round cake pan. Line the bottom with parchment paper for easy removal.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Stir until smooth, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
