  • 50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 200 milliliters heavy cream
  • 150 grams dark chocolate (chopped, for ganache)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F) and line a 9x9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and the 200 grams of chopped dark chocolate over low heat. Stir until smooth, then remove it from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until well combined and slightly frothy.

Add the vanilla extract to the sugar-egg mixture, followed by the cooled chocolate-butter mixture. Stir until smooth.
