  • 250 ml Heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp Granulated sugar
  • 30 g Unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 0 Whipped cream (for garnish, optional)
  • 0 Cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Chop the dark chocolate finely and place it in a heatproof bowl.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer. Do not let it boil.
