  • 0.5 teaspoons baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoons salt
  • 120 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a bowl, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

Add the egg and peppermint extract to the butter mixture, and beat until fully combined.
