Directions

Step 1

Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring the edges overhang for easy removal of the fudge.

Step 2

In a medium-sized saucepan over low heat, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

Stir continuously until the chocolate chips and butter are fully melted and the mixture is smooth.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring. Mix until the color is evenly distributed.
