  • 0.5 teaspoon Peppermint extract
  • 1 cup Confectioners' sugar
  • 4 ounces Reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips (preferably 70% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil (or any neutral oil)
  • 2 drops Green food coloring (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk the melted butter, Greek yogurt, and granulated sugar until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and whisk again until smooth.
