  • 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup Malted milk balls, crushed (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, malted milk powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
