  • 100 g Dark chocolate chunks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes using a hand or stand mixer.
